Imaging Services
Photographic services are provided on an hourly rate with a minimum charge of 1 hour
- 1st hour £125
- Additional time £60 per hour or part thereof
- Day Rate (8 hours) £480
- Half day (4 hours) £270
Note: Minimum half day for photography services outside of Peterborough and Cambs/Lincs.
Rates are based on limited licenced usage with the full copyright remaining with Steve Hill Imaging. For other usage please get in touch to discuss your options.
Treatment of Image Files
Image files are provided on CD/DVDs. Files are usually supplied as high resolution JPEG format, 'print ready' at a resolution of 300dpi. Other format files such as TIFF and Photoshop and at other resolutions such as 72 ppi for web use can also be supplied on request.
Image Processing
As with conventional film that has to be developed before use so it is that digital image files need some manipulation to optimise their characteristics. Consequently there may be a 'processing' charge that covers preparation of images to ensure that all images have been adjusted for optimum quality. Image files are checked individually and any necessary adjustments made. The charge will vary depending on the quantity of images being supplied and the type of processing involved. For example, full retouching and image manipulation is more time intensive than standard image adjustment. Charges are usually in the range of £25 to £250 for standard adjustments but this will always be discussed and agreed before commencement of a job. Complex image manipulation is charged at £70 per hour.
Prints
Prints can be supplied by prior arrangement at additional cost.
